📘 Educational Qualification

Applicants must possess the following qualifications to apply for the respective posts:

  • Management Trainee (Mechanical): First-Class, full-time Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Management Trainee (Electrical): First-Class, full-time Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.

💡 Note: Candidates with degrees in allied branches of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (including Electronics Engineering for Electrical discipline) are also eligible. However, the Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be strictly based on the Mechanical and Electrical engineering syllabus only.

🎯 Age Limit (as on September 12, 2025)

  • Maximum Age: 29 years

✔️ Age Relaxation (as per Govt. of India rules):

💰 Salary Details

  • Training Period (1 Year): ₹40,000 per month (Basic Pay)
  • After Training: Absorbed as Officer (Grade-II) with extra increment

🔹 Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
