🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Educational Qualification
- Graduation with minimum 60% marks OR 6.32 CGPA on 10-point scale from a recognized university.
- Graduation must be completed within prescribed course duration.
- Hindi Typing Speed: 25 words per minute (on Computer).
- Computer Proficiency: Mandatory.
- English typing knowledge: Desirable.
Note on Dual/Integrated Degrees: The final CGPA/percentage mentioned on the certificate will be considered. Conversion between CGPA and percentage is not allowed.

- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years
Age Relaxation:
- OBC: +3 years

⚖️ Selection Process
The recruitment will be conducted in two stages:
1️⃣ Written Test
- Mode: Pen-paper OR Computer-based (as decided by ISRO).
- Duration: 120 minutes
- Type: Objective (MCQ)
- Syllabus & Pattern: Given in Annexure-I of notification.
- Qualifying Marks:
- UR: 50% in each section (A, B, C & D)
- Reserved: 40% in each section
- Shortlisting: 1:5 ratio (min. 10 candidates) for Skill Test.
2️⃣ Skill Test
Includes:
- Computer Literacy Test (Annexure-II syllabus) → UR: 60%, Reserved: 50% required.
- Hindi Typing Test → Typing 250 words @ 25 wpm using INSCRIPT Keyboard (Unicode).
- UR: Max 5% mistakes allowed.
- Reserved: Max 8% mistakes allowed.
👉 Final Selection will be based on Written Test marks, only for those who qualify Skill Test.
📅 Exam Centres
Candidates can choose from 18 cities for the written exam:
Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Raipur, Ranchi, Thiruvananthapuram.
👉 Final allocation depends on applications received. SAC/ISRO may conduct exams at Ahmedabad or other centres if needed.
📝 Application Fee
- All candidates: ₹500 (initially)
- Fee Refund Policy:
- SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Women: Full refund (excluding charges).
- Others: ₹400 refunded (₹100 retained).
- Refund Eligibility: Only candidates appearing for Written Test will get refund.
🚂 Travel Allowance (TA)
- Written Test: No TA provided.
- Skill Test: Outstation candidates will be reimbursed 2nd Class Sleeper Train fare / Non-AC Bus fare / Actual fare (whichever lower).
