The School of IT Infrastructure Management (SIM), a novel work-integrated learning program created by Wipro Technologies, is intended for diploma holders who want to pursue higher education and develop a solid IT career.
Through this program, chosen applicants will work full-time at Wipro while also pursuing a B.Tech in Information Systems from a university that the Indian government has designated as an Institute of Eminence (IoE). The finest aspect? The B.Tech degree will be sponsored by Wipro.

- 1st Year: ₹12,400 per month

✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 10th & 12th Standard: Pass
- Diploma Qualification: Minimum 50% aggregate in one of the following:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Electronics & Telecommunication
- Computer Engineering
- Electronics & Communication

- Computer Science & Technology
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
📌 Additional Requirements:
- Only full-time Diploma courses are accepted (no part-time or correspondence).
- Must have studied Core Mathematics as one subject in Diploma. (Business Maths/Applied Maths not accepted)
- Maximum 1 backlog allowed during the assessment process (to be cleared with 6th semester).
- Maximum 3 years education gap permitted between 10th and Diploma.
- Open schooling is allowed in 10th/12th.
- Nationality: Indian citizens, PIO/OCI card holders, Bhutanese & Nepalese nationals (with valid citizenship proof).
- Minimum age: 18 years at the time of onboarding.
🔎 Evaluation Process
The recruitment process consists of multiple rounds:
- Online Assessment (80 mins)
- Verbal Ability: 20 mins – 20 Qs
- Analytical Ability: 20 mins – 20 Qs
- Quantitative Ability: 20 mins – 20 Qs
- Written Communication Test: 20 mins
- Voice Assessment
- Business Discussion Round
- Pre-Skilling Training
📜 Service Agreement
Candidates must sign a 48-month service agreement.
If you exit the program before the bond period, you’ll have to repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis
